Job Description:
The Southern Boone School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Instructional Coach to join our Primary School team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a student-centered learning environment and will work collaboratively with our staff to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
Key responsibilities include providing coaching and support to teachers in the areas of reading/writing and math, promoting best practices in instruction, facilitating professional growth among faculty, helping administer building assessments, as well as monitoring student and classroom data. The Instructional Coach will play a crucial role in strengthening the overall academic program and ensuring the success of all students.
