Job Summary

This role builds strong relationships with educators and provides support through collaboration, data-driven instruction, and differentiated coaching to improve outcomes for all learners.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support
- Co-teach and model research-based instructional practices
- Observe lessons and provide actionable feedback
- Facilitate teacher reflection and goal-setting
- Support novice teachers and induction efforts
- Collaborate on lesson and unit planning using backward design
- Promote differentiated instruction and response to intervention (RTI)
- Deepen content knowledge and curriculum implementation
- Assist with instructional material selection and use
- Guide teachers and PLCs in using data to inform instruction
- Assist with creating and analyzing formative and summative assessments
- Facilitate data conversations focused on student work and growth
- Support and participate in building data team initiatives
- Develop and facilitate aligned professional learning opportunities
- Foster collective efficacy and shared ownership for student success
- Lead coaching conversations and collaborative planning sessions
- Stay current with instructional trends and research
- Share new knowledge with colleagues and model innovation
- Cultivate personal learning networks and communities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in Education preferred
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience
- Experience leading professional development and/or collaborative groups preferred
- Strong instructional expertise with demonstrated student achievement
- Proficiency in assessment analysis and curriculum alignment
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage change and foster reflective teaching practices
- Organized, adaptable, and collaborative

- Attend and contribute to professional learning and planning meetings
- Maintain accurate coaching logs and documentation as required
- Assist in the development and refinement of instructional resources
- Report concerns and contribute to student and staff safety protocols
